Responsibilities

- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and technology pioneers
- Oversee the development of proprietary foresight methodologies and frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 companies
