What You'll Accomplish:
- Develop a 3-year technology adoption framework aligned with market trends
- Collaborate with R&D to validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify competitive opportunities
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present quarterly tech roadmaps to the board of directors
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology domains
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and future-casting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across global teams
- Published speaker at tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Certification in emerging technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP specialty preferred)
