Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward concepts through rapid experimentation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, Web3, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex scenarios into compelling narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
