- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab with 8-10 specialists
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3 technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF) preferred
