Responsibilities
- Architect and implement SEO strategies specifically tailored for AI-driven search results, including Google SGE and AI agents.
- Optimize content frameworks and data structures (Schema, Knowledge Graph) to ensure maximum retrieval by LLMs and NLP models.
- Analyze search intent shifts driven by AI, adapting content strategy to align with how users interact with generative answers.
- Conduct technical audits focused on page experience, Core Web Vitals, and AI crawlability.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to integrate AI-powered SEO tools into our development lifecycle.
- Monitor algorithm updates and emerging AI trends to provide proactive recommendations for our digital footprint.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive SEO experience, with a proven track record of improving organic visibility in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of Search Generative Experience (SGE), AI overviews, and how LLMs process and rank information.
- Proficiency in technical SEO, including site architecture, canonicalization, and structured data implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
