Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, AI governance, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Executive presence with demonstrated success in presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or MBA required
