Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for next-gen tech adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product roadmaps
- Manage innovation incubator programs for early-stage tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
