- Manage cross-functional teams in executing proof-of-concept projects
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven experience with emerging tech (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, quantum)
- Track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
