Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling digital products to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Experience with federal/state technology policy frameworks and grant applications
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
- Expertise in sustainable technology ESG compliance and carbon-neutral tech stacks
- Strong network with VCs and academic institutions in Silicon Valley
