Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize tech investments and allocate resources
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams across global offices
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or futures research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, biotech, quantum)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar advanced designation preferred
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
