Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and future market trends
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation with cross-functional teams
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
