Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 10x potential
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio and vendor ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (quantum/AI preferred)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI safety
- Experience building and scaling technical teams (15+ members)
- Published research in top-tier journals or conferences
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
