Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap incorporating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in future tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab budgets and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published research or thought leadership in future technology trends
