- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite with data-driven risk/benefit analyses
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
