- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic institutions
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee digital transformation projects across global operations
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor cross-functional teams on futuristic technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
