- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Drive innovation sprints with global academic and industry partners
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders and investment committees
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $50M annually
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
