Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech (IEEE/ACM)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
