- Present technology visions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track technology adoption and ROI
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and thought leadership
- Ensure ethical and sustainable integration of new technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, and emerging tech frameworks
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate trends into business value
- Experience managing multi-million dollar tech innovation budgets
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
