Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across product, engineering, and operational teams
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or corporate development
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives or products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, Web3) and market trends
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
