- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct competitive audits and market positioning analysis for futuristic technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions to incubate breakthrough research projects
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2030-scale challenges
- Manage technology forecasting budgets and ROI analysis for future initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum projects to commercial deployment
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with global tech innovation hubs (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (preferred)
- Experience with patent strategy for disruptive innovations
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex tech concepts for executive audiences
