Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market predictions and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform technology investment decisions
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and junior strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy (preferred)
