Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruptions and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research labs and government innovation bodies
- Present future-tech scenarios to C-suite and Board of Directors for resource allocation
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Author annual "Technology Horizon" reports for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite and government entities
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-negative tech
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology foresight frameworks
