- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-gen solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech ROI modeling
