Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year adoption timelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision and investor relations
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption metrics across global markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with proven 2026+ planning experience
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Palisade @Risk)
- Experience securing $5M+ in technology innovation grants or venture funding
- Strong track record of mentoring CTOs and innovation directors
