Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Architect innovation frameworks that balance rapid prototyping with enterprise-scale implementation
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present future-vision insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish governance protocols for emerging technologies ensuring ethical deployment and regulatory compliance
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, climate modeling)
- Experience leading enterprise-scale innovation programs with $10M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications or patents in transformative technologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, CFTE)
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency highly valued
