Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership or patents
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Ability to travel 20% for industry conferences and partner engagements
