Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and anticipate technological disruptions across industries
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
