Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT and Caltech research partners
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global tech conglomerates
- Present technology forecasts to Fortune 100 boards and UN technology summits
- Mentor a team of futurists and PhD researchers in emerging tech domains
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget for breakthrough technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at FAANG or equivalent unicorns
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural networks
- Expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and decentralized governance models
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act) and policy development
- Strong background in venture capital evaluation of deep tech startups
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
