- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and adoption success for 2026 initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline of 20+ emerging technologies with prioritized implementation schedules

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-level technology initiatives with measurable market impact
