Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop 5-year technology adoption frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for prototyping future-forward solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and competitive advantage
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and industry panels
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience presenting at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and patent landscape analysis
