- Forge strategic alliances with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D programs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future deployments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products 3-5 years ahead of market cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Reviews
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D budgets across global teams
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution beyond silicon limitations
