Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and oversee pilot programs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps

- Experience managing budgets exceeding $3M and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
