Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI-bio convergence initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and commercialization experts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ market potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage portfolio of 15+ experimental projects with 30% annual success target
- Secure strategic partnerships with top 3 global research institutions
- Author white papers on 2026 technology trends for industry leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Track record of scaling technologies from lab to market ($100M+ revenue)
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Experience securing $50M+ in government or private R&D funding
- Proficiency in scenario planning for black swan technology events
