Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic planning for 2026
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technology strategy into corporate vision
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing successful future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional, CFTE)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling abilities
