Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market shifts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech impacts across global markets
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with 20+ engineers and designers
- Present future-tech insights to investors and board members quarterly
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
