Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals

- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech conglomerates
- Present future technology visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with documented 5-year technology forecasts
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate venture capital
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in futures analysis frameworks (scenario planning, Delphi method)
