Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, ambient AI) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all product lines
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling technology organizations across multiple continents
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
