Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Architect proof-of-concept projects for next-gen technologies with measurable ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem through partnerships with research institutions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across R&D, product, and operations divisions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation maturity metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, spatial computing)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology innovation
