Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects from concept to launch
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and impact
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Expertise in AI, IoT, blockchain, or emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) preferred
