Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Design and execute innovation frameworks for next-generation product development
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technology strategy into corporate vision
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team of 10+ technical specialists
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research centers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience building and scaling R&D teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Global network connections in tech innovation ecosystems
