Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable technology
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive innovation through patent development and IP strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investors
- Published research or patents in technology innovation
- Fluency in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO quantum standards)
