In this pivotal position, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop long-term technology adoption plans. You'll analyze disruptive technologies from quantum computing to sustainable AI, ensuring our investments align with market evolution and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies through 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor global tech policy, regulatory shifts, and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, etc.)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and competitive analysis
- Certifications in innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
