Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published research or speaking engagements at tech conferences a plus
