Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in future-trend analysis (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Strong background in AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain technologies
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
