Responsibilities

- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Build relationships with VCs, startups, and research institutions to scout breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D prioritization and resource allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruptions and translating to business strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
