Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities across departments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with ROI projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, INSEAD)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
