- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget across R&D and pilot programs
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech leaders
- Present quarterly tech briefings to board and investors
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at director level
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling technology portfolios >$100M
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI, neuromorphic chips, carbon capture
- Experience with federal tech grant programs (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture
