Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of tech disruption patterns and innovation frameworks
