Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech trends and their societal impacts
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) preferred
