Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ at director/VP level
- Published research in Nature/Science with >1,000 citations
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum startups to unicorn status
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Security clearance or background in defense tech innovation
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
